We offer a free workshop that is designed to prove to you what we can do to boost database marketing initiatives and customer loyalty with your data. In effect, we put our money where our mouth is by giving you free analysis and consultancy.  

The workshop concentrates on:

  • Customer profiling including geo-demographics
  • Revenue analysis
  • Trend analysis by customers and products
  • Proposed bespoke segmentation
  • Marketing communication plans
  • Interpretation and recommendations  

After understanding your current data and marketing operations, we deliver the analysis in three easy steps if our services are relevant:

  • Both parties sign a confidentiality agreement, agree dates and the audience required to attend the meeting when we present our findings  
  • GI Insight receive a fixed period supply of your customer and transactional data (usually 24 months) and analyse the data in house for three days before writing a presentation outlining our findings and recommendations  
  • We present our analysis and recommendations at your offices (usually lasting 90 minutes) and we walk away without any heavy sales pitch believing that the information and style of analysis leaves you with a compelling reason to work with us  

The offer is subject to the following conditions:

  • Receipt of a fixed period supply of your customer and transactional data (usually 24 months)  
  • Signing of a confidentiality agreement between both parties
  • All key decision makers must attend a meeting where we present our findings
