Please read before purchasing e-mail credits

  • You must have a full account (not trial) with us before purchasing e-mail credits  
  • To arrange full account setup, please contact customer support on 0116 259 4426 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • The minimum order quantity is 1,000 e-mail credits (£20). One e-mail credit allows you to send one e-mail from the GI Insight e-mail service platform. Test E-mails are free  
  • Once we receive payment, e-mail credits will be applied to your account within one working day and are valid for use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Payment will not actually be taken until e-mail credits are applied to your account  
  • Unused e-mail credits will not be refunded and cannot be rolled over beyond the stated period of 90 days  
  • By purchasing e-mail credits you agree to use them according to the terms and conditions of service  
  • GI Insight reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without notice should you breach the terms and conditions of service  
  • Purchasers must be over 18 years of age. Orders will only be accepted from and provided to UK companies or individuals.
