The Database
We build and host both simple and very large, complex relational databases. Using a thorough and rigorous development process we can create a solution tailored to your needs and budget. Building databases from scratch is one thing, migrating databases is another level of complexity. We have the in-depth experience you need, both for building and migrating databases. In one instance, we built a database and migrated over 400 files, making sure deduplication and data cleansing were completed for each file. That database now has over 20 files a week loaded to it, all de-duped on the fly, reported on and flagged, so the client has a constantly clean database that is responsive to queries and analysis.
Data capture

Screening against MPS, TPS, The Bereavement Register, The GAS file, The NSF file & Mortascreen.
As well as producing the clean final mailing file, we perform address processing so that your campaigns obtain the greatest possible mailing discounts, pre-processing your mail to Royal Mail’s Mailsort, Walksort, Presstream or Cleanmail standards.
Our unique Healthcheck suite will automatically check and report on the quality of the data that you give us as well as identify the most cost effective postal option.
Deduplication
Deduplication routines ensure a customer record is held only once, avoiding inaccuracies in reports, analyses and campaigns.
Security
Security is paramount and every system has user and password controls, all with variable access rights. Data back-up processes are performed daily with failsafe recovery files securely stored off-site
