Security Print and Mailing
We have considerable experience in managing print and mail communications for organisations – whether private or public sector, who require a secure environment around personal data and documentation. In our experience, particularly secure environments are required by the insurance, banking, pensions, investment and pharmaceuticals sectors, as well as government bodies. More recently, promotional activities in industries such as telecoms, where pre-paid vouchers are being printed and distributed, demand high security levels for direct mail production and for over-print disposal.
Our secure in-house production facility ensures client confidentiality, not only in terms of physical 24-hour surveillance and staff contractual disciplines, but also through a failsafe disaster recovery back-up facility. The GI Solutions Group complies with the Data Protection principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. They are also committed to working towards the Information Security Management Systems standard 17799.
All employees, contractors are required to wear electronic I.D badges which allow them swipe access to their relevant areas, and visitors to the GI Solutions group are issued with security passes.
