Print Finishing
We are able to apply a number of finishes to your campaigns. These range from:
UV Varnish
We are able to apply U.V varnish at this site for push through die-cut product formats for a quality finish.
Stitch
We have eleven boston saddle stitching machines located on site. These machines are hand fed and allow a stitch to be placed in to a spine or to produce perforated books that are stitched at the head.
Gluing
- Hot melt for sealing one piece mailers
- Remoist to allow product formats to incorporate a BRE (Business Reply Envelope) which can have any postage mark printed on it to help increase response rates by making it easier to respond. Whether it's a request for further information or an order forms return method.
- Many formats include kiss cut labels for bar-coded vouchers and stickers for example so we can apply the glue that helps create these innovative features for your direct mail campaigns.
- As part of our inline facility we are able to apply permanent glue to form double thickness panels or mail pack items.
- We are also able to offer offline finishing such as cross fold and trim, 3d tipping, 'optipost' and ram-punching services.
