Good data management is at the heart of effective direct marketing. Campaigns can be ruined if people receive the same mailing twice, or their name and address is wrong. Campaigns will suffer major wastage (at the least) or cause massive offence (at worst) if the recipient has moved house or died.

Our data processing capabilities cover the merge/purge/deduplication requirements of campaigns that use multiple data sources. Suppressions and enhancements are conducted against all the major files, such as PAF, MPS, Xpression, TBR, GAS and Mortascreen. Finally, as well as producing the clean final mailing file, we obtain the greatest possible mailing discounts by performing address processing.
